Ivan L Newell Jr, 42, of Fountainville PA was charged on March 25th with DUI, speeding and failure to maintain lane control, police said. He was stopped on 202 South nearRiver Ave at approximately 12:35am, by Patrolman Peter Serrone. Newell failed a series of sobriety tests while at the scene of the motor vehicle stop. Newell was arrested and was later released to a family member.
