Alfred L. Eville 3rd, 42

On Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 0128 hours, Mr. Eville was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated after he was stopped at the intersection of State Route 22 and Potterstown Road for weaving. The officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage and Mr. Eville was unable to preform standard field sobriety tests. He was released with summonses to appear in Municipal Court for Failure to Maintain Lane, Careless Driving, DWI, and Refusal to Submit to Breath Samples.
