On January 24, 2014 at 1:10 AM, police stopped Jose Garcia, 23, of New Brunswick, NJ on US Hwy 202 near River Ave for erratic driving. Cpl. Heycock approached the vehicle and saw evidence of intoxication. Cpl. Heycock conducted sobriety tests and Mr. Garcia performed poorly and was arrested. His vehicle was towed from the scene. Mr. Garcia was charged with DUI and failure to maintain a single lane and released to a friend.
