On April 16th, 2015 at 2:04 AM police stopped Thomas Cunniff, 68, of Hopewell, NJ on US Hwy 202 near Railroad Ave. for speeding and failing to maintain a single lane. Sgt DeWire saw evidence of intoxication and sobriety tests were conducted. Mr. Cunniff was arrested for DUI and his vehicle was towed from the scene. He was issued summonses for DUI, speeding and failure to maintain a single lane. He was releaed to his wife pending a future court appearance.
