On August 4, 2018 at approximately 2247 hours, Ptl. Mazellan arrested Vira Miroslav (42) from Flemington, NJ for driving while intoxicated. Vira almost caused a serious motor vehicle accident because he failed to stop at the intersection of Rt. 629 and Rt. 523. Miroslav was charged with failure to stop, reckless driving, driving with an expired license, driving while intoxicated and failure to submit to breath testing.
