On August 16 2018, a concerned citizen reported a suspicious female at the intersecion of Fawn Drive and Summer Road. Patrolman Jason Phares arrived on scene and located Jessica Powers, age 33 from Hillsborough NJ. Powers displayed indicators of narcotics use and a subsequent search discovered methamphetamine, hypodermic needles, and drug paraphernalia. Powers was charged with the above offenses and released on a summons complaint.
