Ptl Mazellan asked the driver Laura Delsignore 33 years of age from Royal Palm Beach Fl to exit the vehicle. Field sobriety tests were completed which Delsignore failed. Delsignore was advised she was under arrest. Delsignore resisted the officer's commands to place her arms behind her back and physically resisted his attempts to handcuff her. Delsignore attempted to pull away from the officer and fell to the ground where she was handcuffed. Ptl Mazellan placed Delsignore in his patrol car. Upon arrival at the police station it was discovered that Delsignore removed her own handcuffs and the handcuffs were not in the vehicle. Once in the police station it was discovered after reviewing the in car camera footage, that Delsignore concealed the handcuffs in her bra. Delsignore was issued motor vehicle summons for DUI, failure to consent to breath test, fail to maintain lane, consumption of alcohol in a vehicle and open containers in a motor vehicle.
