On Thursday 1/10/2019 Readington Police arrested Christian A. Carmona for driving while intoxicated, eluding and resisting arrest. Carmona's vehicle was reported for erratic driving by a citizen. Ptl. Alex Wright of Readington Twp. Police identified Carmona's vehicle and attempted to stop the vehicle on Rt. 22 in Whitehouse Station. The vehicle fled from the officer and was stopped in the Whitehouse Mall where Carmona was arrested. Carmona refused to give a breath sample after the arrest. He was lodged at the Somerset County Jail for the eluding and was issued multiple summonses for motor vehicle violations.
