On Friday, February 1, 2019 at 1755 hours, Patrolman Wright was dispatched to a two vehicle motor vehicle crash on Cole Road. No injuries were reported. One of the drivers, Bogar G. Morales, 33, from Flemington, NJ displayed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWI after he was unable to perform several field sobriety tests. Morales was issued summonses for DWI, failure to install ignition interlock, failure to keep right, reckless driving, and driving without a license. He was released to a third party pending Municipal Court. The filing of criminal charges is merley one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
