On Friday, March 29, 2019 at approximately 1100 hours, Sfc. Heycock stopped Audrey Wallace (22) out of New Hampshire for driving while suspended. While speaking with Wallace the officer smelled the odor of marijuana emanating from the interior of the vehicle. Sgt. Heycock conducted a search with his partner K9 Agar and located under 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Audrey Wallace was issued a summons for driving while suspended, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The front seat passenger Luke Wallace (19) out of New Hampshire was also arrested and charged with under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. "The filing of criminal charges is merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law."
