On April 23, 2019 at approximately 2314 hours Officer Darocha stopped Anthony Formato (21) of Florence AZ for speeding on Rt. 202 North. While officer Darocha Spoke to Formato he observed drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. Hollman advised the officer of the items he had inside the vehicle. Formato was arrested for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and was issued a motor vehicle summons for speeding. The filing of criminal charges is merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
