On Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 1833 hours, Jermaine D. Hawkins, 33, from Easton, PA was arrested on Oldwick Road for DWI and possession of under 50 Grams of marijuana. Additionally, Hawkins was charged with failure to maintain lane, reckless driving, having a suspended DL, and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle. After being processed at headquarters, he was released to a friend pending municipal court. The filing of charges is merely one step in the process. A defandant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
