On Saturday, March 2, 2013 at approximately 0347 hours, Ptl. Quinlan stopped a motor vehicle for swerving on Rt. 22 west near Potterstown Rd. The vehicle was operated by Ashley Arias age 20 fromManville,NJ.

During the motor vehicle stop the officer detected the odor of Marijuana coming from the vehicle. The search of the vehicle revealed under fifty grams of Marijuana.

Ashlely Arais was charged with failure to maintain lane, operating a motor vehicle in possession of CDS, and possession of under fifty grams of Marijuana. Ashley Arais was released from police custody pending a future court appearance.
