After graduating the John H. Stamler Police Academy in 1995 Lieutenant Insaballa worked for one summer in Point Pleasant Beach as a Special Police Officer.  Lt. Insabella was hired in September 1995 by the Readington Twp. Police Department. He was promoted to Patrol Lieutenant in 2012.
