Patrolman Joseph DaRocha grew up in Franklin Township, NJ where he competed competitively in bull riding and team roping. He was a graduate from North Hunterdon High School in 2011. He received his Associates degree in Criminal Justice from Raritan Valley Community College. Ptl. DaRocha was a graduate from the Ocean County Police Academy in May 2015 and served as a Class II officer in Dover Police Department. He served with the Flemington Borough Police Department from 2016 to 2017 and was hired by Readington Township Police Department on November 08, 2017.
