On Monday, May 27, 2013 at approximately 8:52 PM. Ptlm. Serrone stopped a motor vehicle on Rt. 22 East near Bishop's for speeding and not having it's headlights on.

The vehicle was operated by Randal Noel, age 22 of Fayettev, NC. A driver's license check by the officer revealed that Noel had a suspended driver's license and a $750.00 warrant out of the Bridgewater Municipal Court.

Noel was arrested on the outstanding warrant. Noel posted the bail and was released from police custody. Noel was also charged with driving with a suspended driver's license and not using his headlamps.
