Michael Mocerino, 25

On August 4, 2013 Patrolman Rindock arrested Mr. Mocerino on State Route 22 West for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana. The patrolman stopped Mr. Mocerino for improper display of his registration plate and located the marijuana during a search of his motor vehicle. He was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle.
