Forgery Arrests
Rashad L. Clark, 33 from Irvington, NJ
Ilean R. Mack, 32 from Irvington, NJ
On Friday, September 6, 2013 at 1627 hours officers were dispatched to the Rite-Aid located at the Whitehouse Mall for a male that was attempting to obtain drugs using a fake prescription. Corporal Heycock arrived and located the male exiting the store. Upon seeing the officer, Clark immediatly fled running through the mall parking lot and attempted to jump into a rented car that was being driven by Mack at slow speeds. Corporal Heycock was able to subdue and arrest Clark as Mack fled the Mall in the rented car.
Detective Gooley observed the rented car driven by Mack fleeing southbound on Main Street and stopped her near the Pulaski Road intersection where she was arrested without incident.
Mack was charged with Hindering Apprehension, Uttering, and Obtaining by Fraud.
Clark was charged with Obstruction of Justice, Uttering, and Obtaining by Fraud.
They were lodged in the Hunterdon County Jail in default of $32,000 full bail each.
