On Sunday October 20, 2013 1145 hours, Sgt. Ferreiro and Ptl. Brown responded to a residence in Whitehouse Station for a report of an intoxicated male. Upon arrival, the officers made contact with John Fioravanti, age 64 of Whitehouse Station, NJ who was obviously intoxicated and screaming at a family member inside of an apartment. The officers told Fioravanti to stop yelling, which he did not comply. Fioravanti's actions caused several residents to become alarmed. Fioravanti was arrested and charged with disorderly conducted. Fioravanti was later released pending a future court appearance.
