NO FALSE CHARGES ON CREDIT CARD = ARREST
On November, 29, 2013 at approximately 1000 hours, Ptl. Patrick Brown arrested James Petrosini, age 32 of Flemington, NJ, for filing a false police report on November 12, 2013. According to the officer, Petrosini filed an identity theft report accusing an ex-girlfriend of stealing his identity and charging approximately $23,423 worth of merchandise on numerous credit cards. The incident was investigated by the Readington Township Detective Bureau and it was learned that Petrosini purchased all the items on his own. Petrosini was arrested and lodged at the Hunterdon County Jail on $22,500 warrant pending a future court appearance.
