On December 22, 2013 at 8:08pm, police stopped Rachel Levy, 22 , of Readington Twp on Railroad Ave for careless driving. Sgt. DeWire detected an odor of raw marijuana and later discovered marijuana in the vehicle. Ms. Levy was arrested and charged with possession of under 50 grams of maijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle and careless driving. She was released with a pending mandatory court date
