On December 29, 2013 at approximately 1943 hours, Pfc. Ayotte was checking on an unoccupied vehicle at Summer Road Park. While checking the area, marijuana was recovered near the concession stand along with the an identification card. Tyler Nehila, age 18 of Flemington was later found and admitted to possessing the marijuana. Nehila was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana under 50 grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Nehila was processed and released pending a future court date.
