On Wednesday, January 01, 2014 at approximately 1456 hours Sgt. Carlos Ferreiro stopped a vehicle for speeding on Rt. 22 east near Arvin's Produce. The vehicle was operated by Kevin Still, age 18 of Middlesex, and occupied by Oleh Nesterivskyy, age 18 of Boundbrook. During the motor vehicle stop, the officer detected the odor of Marijuana emanating out from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed under fifty grams of Marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Both individuals were arrested and charged with possession of Marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Still was issued two additional charges for speeding and operating a motor vehicle in possession of CDS. Both individuals were released pending a future court appearance.
