On Wednesday, February 26, 2014, at approximately 9:30am Ptl. Woolverton and Ptl. Serrone responded to a residence in Readington Township for a welfare check. Upon their arrival, it was discovered that Sharon Malzberg, age 54 of Readington Twp. had been drinking. During the welfare check, Ptl. Woolverton learned that Malzberg had recently driven home. Ptl. Serrone requested that Malzberg perform several field sobriety tests. After the tests were completed, Ptl. Woolverton arrested Malzberg for DUI.
