On Wednesday, May 14, 2014, at approximately 0245 hours, Sfc. Dufosse check on a vehicle on the side of the road on Route 22. The driver, Leanna Bolovschak, age 24 of Lebanon, NJ, was seated in the driver's seat with the engine and lights on. Bolovschak stated that she had just had an argument with someone before she left a bar. In talking with the driver, the officer determined that she had been drinking. After several failed field sobriety tests, Bolovschak was arrested and charged with DUI. Bolovschak was transported to police headquarters and was later released to a sober adult pending a future court appearance.
