On May 23, 2014 at 1145 AM, police stopped a vehicle on Route 523 near Kline Blvd for erratic driving. Sgt. DeWire approached the vehicle and recognized the rear seat passenger as Karen Sarnowski, 48 , of Readington Twp. Several days before officers were briefed of an existing warrant for Ms. Sarnowski out of the Readington Twp Municipal Court for $1,500. Sarnowski was arrested by Ptl. Wright and lodged in the Hunterdon County Jail because she was unable to post bail.
