Diaper coupon scam

On Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 1206 hours, officers went to the Wal-Mart store in Whitehouse Station and located a husband and wife passing fraudulant coupons and obtaining several boxes of Pampers diapers and Simulac baby furmula. Huajin Chen (27) and his wife, Na Lin (28) from New York, NY were apprehended in the parking lot and arrested after it was discovered that they defrauded the store out of $345.00 worth of merchandise. They were both charged with Theft By Deception and Forgery and both were released after posting bail. The couple are suspects in commiting similar thefts in as many as 20 other stores throughout NJ and NY. All of the merchandise taken from the Whitehouse Station store was returned to the store.
