On August 22, 2014 at 1520 hours, Patrolman Peter Serrone arrested Elder A. Torres, 28, from Flemington, NJ. During a motor vehicle stop for speeding, it was discovered that Torres had three (3) traffic warrants for his arrest out of Raritan and Hillsborough Townships. Torres was unable to post bail and was turned over to the Hillsborough Township Police and later lodged in the Somerset County Jail. Patrolman Serrone also charged him with speeding, having no drivers license, failure to change address, and having suspended privileges.
