Shoplifting after being Banned for life from Walmart
On Tuesday, Aug. 2, at 8
p.m., police responded to the Wal-Mart for a reported shoplifter.
Patrolman Mazellan took Daniel Oberst, 19, of Flemington into
custody after being detained by Walmart loss prevention. Oberst
was also charged with defiant trespass because he was banned for
life after previously shoplifting from the Flemington Walmart.
Oberst was released with a future court
date.
