On Sunday, September 7, 2014 at 2330 hours, John S. Hardgrove 3rd., 25 from Manville, NJ was arrested for DWI after a motor vehicle stop on State Route 202 South. Mr. Hardgrove was stopped by PFC. Peter Serrone for speeding, failure to signal his turn, and failure to maintain his lane. The officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage and Mr. Hardgrove was arrested after he was unable to complete field sobriety tests. He was issued summonses for DWI, speeding, failure to signal his turn, and failure to maintain his lane. He was released to a family member.
