On Saturday, September 20, 2014 at approximately 0230 hours, Ptl. Wright was patrolling Route 22 when the officer observed the suspects vehicle speeding and failing to maintain their lane. The officer stopped the vehicle and made contact with the driver, Catherine Farmer, 21, of Lebanon. During his interaction with Farmer the Officer detected the odor of alcohol. Standardized Field Sobriety tests were administered and Farmer was arrested for DWI.
