On Thursday, October 2, 2014 at 1154 hours, Corporal Heycock arrested Amr S. Kholeif (32 from Bound Brook, NJ) for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana. Corporal Heycock stopped Mr. Kholeif on Oldwick Road for having a broken tailight. During the stop, the Corporal observed a small amount of marijuana. Mr. Kholeif was charged with maintenance of lamps, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released pending court.
