DWI - Najera

On Monday, October 13, 2014 at 0115 hours, Patrolman Woolverton stopped Jorge Mario Najera, 27 from Whitehouse Station New Jersey, for driving erraticaly slow on State Route 22 east. While speaking with Najera, the patrolman detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage and asked Najera to attempt field sobriety tests. After failing the tests, Mr. Najera was arrested for DWI. He was also charged with careless driving, refusal to submit to breath testing, and being an unlicensed driver. After processing at headquarters, he was released to a friend.
