On October 23, 2014, Ptlm. Colline stopped a vehicle on Route 202 for a headlight malfunction. During the motor vehicle stop the officer learned that the passenger, Phillip Button of Washington Twp had an outstanding warrant for $380.00. Button was provided an opportunity to arrange for bail but refused. As a result he was turned over to Washington Twp. Police and later logged in jail.
