Ptlm. Wright stopped Douglas Wagner age 23 of Branchburg on October 21, 2014, at approximately 10:35 am on Route 22. Ptlm. Wright learned that Wagner had an outstanding warrant out of Pohatcong Court for failure to appear in court. Wagner was arrested and was later released after posting the bail.
