Attempted Burglary
On Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 1909 hours, Officers were dispatched to a closed business on Route 22 east for a taxi customer that fled without paying a $35 fare. While searching the area, officers located Brody B. Crowley, 22, from Lebanon, NJ attempting to use a credit card to bypass a locked rear door to the closed business and make entry. He was arrested and charged with attempted burglary, defiant trespassing, theft of services, and possesion of a burglary tool. His bail was set at $2,500.00 and he was turned over to the custody of the Hunterdon County Jail after failing to post bail.
