On December 26, 2014, Ptlm. Mazellan stopped a vehicle on Craig Road for speeding. During the motor vehicle stop, the officer deteceted the odor of marijuana inside the vehicle. Subsequently, the driver, Michel Moore (age 21) of Flemington was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of CDS inside a motor vehicle, and speeding. Moore was later released pending a future court appearance.
