On January 14, 2015 at 0150 hours, Corporal Heycock located a disabled motor vehicle on Oldwick Road that had run out of gas. He arrested the driver, Beau R. Clark, 34, from Phoenix Arizona after he located marijuana in the vehicle. Clark was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and released pending a January 22, 2015 court date.
