Three arrested for drugs and warrants

Incident: MV Stop - Drug Charges

On Friday, January 23, 2015, Ptl. Jason Phares arrested Justin Maliszewski, 30 of Manville, NJ, Stanley Lepski III, 28 of Piscataway, NJ and Jamal Hodge, 23 of Piscataway, NJ on drug charges after a motor vehicle stop on State Hwy 22. The vehicle was stopped after Lepski was observed not wearing a seat belt. Lepski was found to have several warrants for his arrest. After a consent search of the vehicle, Lepski and Hodge were charged with possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of CDS (Tramadol and Oxycotin). Maliszewski was charged with possession of CDS (Heroin), possession of hypodermic needles and possession of drug paraphernalia. Additionally, motor vehicle summonses were issued to Maliszewski for possession of CDS in a motor vehicle and to Lepski for failure to wear a seat belt. All three subjects were lodged in the Hunterdon County Jail.
