Incident: MV Stop - Marijuana Possession

On Monday, February 16, 2015, Ptl. Jason Phares arrested Austin P. Huelsenbeck, 20, of Rockaway on a charge of possessing less than 50 grams of Marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a motor vehicle stop on State Hwy 202. Huelsenbeck was also charged with improper passing and possessing a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
