On April 4, 2015 at approximately 0245 hours, police stopped Edward Lee, age 58, of Mocksville, NC on US Hwy 22 near Souza's Auto for swerving. Ptl. Mazellan observed signs of intoxication and conducted sobriety tests. Edward Lee was arrested for DUI and his vehicle was towed. He was charged with DUI, Failure to maintain lane and Careless Driving. Lee was released to a third party form headquarters.
