On April 10, 2015, at approximately 0201 hours, police stopped Georg Gayko, age 26, of Manville, NJ on US Hwy 202 near Case Blvd for speeding and swerving. Ptl. Mazellan observed signs of intoxication and conducted field sobriety tests. Gayko was arrested and charged with DUI, Failure to maintain lane and Careless Driving, refusal to submit to breath test, speeding, reckless driving, and DUI in 1000 ft of a school zone. Gayko was released to a third party form headquarters.
