On April 11, 2015, at approximately 0058 hours, police stopped Andrew Moraller, age 46, of Whitehouse, NJ on Coddington Road for speeding. Ptl. Mazellan observed signs of intoxication and conducted field sobriety tests. A search of the vehicle also recovered an amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Moraller was arrested and charged with DUI, speeding, CDS in a motor vehicle, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and paraphernalia. Moraller was released to a third party form headquarters.
