On April 25, 2015 at 12:05 AM, police stopped David Menchaca, 20,of Cheltanham, PA on US Hwy 202 for speeding. Sgt. DeWire detected an odor of marijuana and a search of the vehicle was conducted. Marijuana was discovered in the vehicle as well as in possession of two of his passengers, Matthew Lindsay, 20, of Philadelphia, PA and Eric Williams, 19, of Feasterville, PA . All three were charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana. Menchaca was also charged with speeding, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle and throwing debris from a vehicle. All were released on their own recognizance, pending a future court apperance.
