On May 2, 2015, at approximately 2225 hours, police stopped Abudu King, age 31, of Philadelphia, PA on US Hwy 202 near Summer Rd for swerving. Ptl. Mazellan observed signs of intoxication and conducted field sobriety tests. King was arrested for DUI and his vehicle was towed. He was charged with DUI, Failure to maintain lane and being under the influence of CDS. King was released to a third party.
