On Thursday, August 13, 2015, at approximately 2357 hours PFC. Wester was checking a motor vehicle on Craig Road just off of Old York Road occupied by Michael Woodman, 26, Alex Glynn, 25, and Renee Fileccia, 29, all of Flemington. During the officers interaction with the occupants there was evidence of narcotic use in plain view. K9 Officer SGT. Ferreiro and his K9 partner Polis responded and conducted an open air sniff which gave a positive indication of narcotics. A consent search of the vehicle had resulted in the discovery of heroin, crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia. All of the occupants were arrested for possession of the same and issued a future court date.
