On Sunday, August 9, 2015 at approximately 0026 hours Ptl. Mazellan witnessed a Toyota speeding on Railroad Ave in Whitehouse Station. The officer stopped the vehicle by the Mobil Gas Station on Main St. and smelled the odor of raw and burnt marijuana inside the vehicle. A subsequent search of the vehicle yielded an amount of marijuana under 50 grams. The driver, Akintokun Oyediran, 23, of Whitehouse Station was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, speeding and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle. Oyediran was released with a court date.
