Pool Crashing = Arrest

On Saturday, August 15, 2015 at approximately 2212 hours Ptl. Mazellan was dispatched to the Ebersohl Adult Community clubhouse for a report of a suspicious vehicle that pulled in the area with its headlights off. On scene, Ptl. Mazellan located two subjects, later identified as Christian Florez-Santiesteb, 22, of Bridgewater and Katherine Neira-Galindo, 18, of Dunellen in the private pool area. Florez-Santiesteb and Neira-Galindo stated they were aware they were not allowed to be on the property. Florez-Santiesteb originally failed to provide the officer his name and date of birth and eventually cooperated after being informed he would be arrested if he didn't comply. While interviewing Florez-Santiesteb, he attempted to pull away from the officer and made a quick furtive movement towards an object on the ground. Florez-Santiesteb was subsequently arrested for obstructing and trespassing. While Ptl. Mazellan was affecting the arrest on Florez-Santiesteb, Neira-Galindo became uncooperative and refused to follow police orders and was also arrested for trespassing and obstruction. Both parties were released from the Readington Township Police Department with a court date.
