On September 8, 2015, Cpl. Carr responded to the Gables located on Route 22 for a report of an assault in progress. Upon arrival Cpl. Carr observed Fredrick Hall (age 59) of the Gables standing outside of room #7. It was determined that he entered the room without permission or invitation which led to the altercation between Hall and another male resident. Hall was charged with criminal trespass and later released pending a future court appearance.
