On Sunday, January 10, 2016 at 0147 hours, Patrolman Woolverton stopped a 2008 VW Jetta on State Route 22 East for Speeding. While speaking with the driver, the Patrolman detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from the driver. Michael T. Franco, 20, from Whitehouse Station NJ was not able to perform standard field sobriety tests and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. He was released to a family member with summonses to appear in municipal court for DWI, Speeding, and Reckless Driving.
